We handcraft each ladies embroidered suit piece by piece with love and care. As these are unique, made-to-order or limited-edition items, our policy prioritizes quality assurance while protecting both you and us.
No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind Due to the custom/hand-embroidered nature of our products:
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons like change of mind, size/fit preferences, color variations (due to screens/lighting/photography), personal taste, or any non-quality issues.
- All sales are final for unused/unworn items in perfect condition.
Damages, Defects, Wrong Item, or Manufacturing Flaws We inspect every piece thoroughly before shipping. If your embroidered suit arrives:
- Damaged (e.g., transit issue),
- Defective (manufacturing flaw not shown in photos),
- Wrong item (not what you ordered), or
- Significantly different from the listing description/photos,
Please follow this process:
- Inspect immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at +923404648124.

Mandatory requirement: Provide a continuous, uncut unboxing/open-box video showing:
- The sealed/undamaged parcel from all sides (including labels/waybill).
- The full opening process.
- The suit being revealed, unfolded, and inspected in real-time (close-ups of any claimed issue).
- Attach clear photos of the problem area(s).
Without a clear unboxing video, we regret we cannot process claims, as it helps verify issues fairly (common practice for embroidered clothing sellers in Pakistan). If the claim is verified:
- We will offer a replacement (preferred, if stock allows) or full refund to your original payment method.
- We will cover return shipping costs for approved cases.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- All embroidered suits (hand-embroidered, stitched, or unstitched custom pieces).
- Sale/final sale items.
- Any item altered/customized per your request.
- Items returned without original tags/packaging or in used/worn condition.
Refunds (Only for Approved Defect Cases)
- Processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Allow extra time (up to 15 business days total) for your bank/card to reflect it.
- Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
- Cancel before we start processing/embroidery (usually within 24 hours of order). Email us immediately.
- Once embroidery/production begins or item ships, no cancellations.
Important Notes
- Color/texture may vary slightly due to fabric dyeing, lighting, or screen differences—this is normal and not a defect.
- We follow Pakistani consumer protection laws (e.g., provincial acts), ensuring remedies for genuine defective, damaged, or misrepresented goods.
- As a small solo business, your understanding helps us continue offering unique hand-embroidered designs!
