OVERVIEW Welcome to Shazia Nazia! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Shazia Nazia (also operating as shazianazia). We operate this website and online store, powered by Shopify, to provide you with a curated shopping experience for our hand-embroidered ladies suits and related services (the “Services”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Return & Refund Policy [LINK], govern your access to and use of the Services. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province) to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm this and consent to any minor dependents using it under your supervision.

When placing orders, you must provide accurate, current information (e.g., name, email, billing/shipping details). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and all activity under it. Do not share or transfer your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS Our products are unique, hand-embroidered ladies suits, crafted one by one. We make every effort to display accurate colors, fabrics, and details, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, fabric dyeing, or photography. Such variations are normal and not defects.

Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or restrict sales by region/person.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it for any reason (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors). Your order is confirmed only upon our acceptance and payment processing. Review orders carefully—cancellations after processing/embroidery starts may not be possible.

Purchases are for personal use only, not commercial resale. All orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are in PKR (or as displayed) and exclude taxes, shipping, customs, or duties unless stated. Prices may change without notice; the price at order placement applies.

You warrant your payment details are accurate and authorized. We may refuse orders if payment issues arise.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Shipping estimates are approximate; we are not liable for delays by carriers, customs, or external events. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content (designs, embroidery patterns, photos, logos, text) is owned by Shazia Nazia or licensors and protected by Pakistani and international IP laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No reproduction, modification, or commercial use without our written permission.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS Any third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways) are provided “as is.” We are not liable for them. Third-party links are at your own risk; review their policies.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are directly between you and Shazia Nazia. Shopify is not responsible for our products, transactions, or disputes. You release Shopify from related claims.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY POLICY Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s policy. By using the Services, you consent to data processing (including cross-border).

SECTION 10 - FEEDBACK Any feedback you provide grants us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use it for any purpose. You warrant it doesn’t infringe rights or contain harmful content.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS & INACCURACIES We may correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or omissions anytime, including after order submission.

SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES Use the Services lawfully only. No unlawful acts, IP infringement, harassment, spam, viruses, or interference. We may terminate access for violations.

SECTION 13 - TERMINATION We may end your access anytime without notice. Surviving sections (e.g., IP, liability) continue.

SECTION 14 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES Services and products are “as is” without warranties (express or implied) for merchantability, fitness, etc., except as required by law.

SECTION 15 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shazia Nazia is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages from Services/products use. Our total liability is limited to the order amount.

SECTION 16 - INDEMNIFICATION You indemnify us against claims from your breach of these Terms or violation of laws/rights.

SECTION 17 - SEVERABILITY & WAIVER Invalid provisions are severed; remaining ones apply. No waiver unless written.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Pakistani law (federal/provincial as applicable). Disputes resolved in courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
